WELCOME TO THE Y-NUI YOUTH HOME PAGE
Y-Nui Youth was first formed back in 2007 under the leadership of Cr Margaret Willard. The group mainly consisted of local college students. In 2010 The Wainuiomata Community Centre offered to help support this group and was given the reigns of leadership to continue on and grow, with Matua Phillips as Youth Coordinator. Now in April of 2011 Matua Phillips has moved on and has passed his legacy on to Matthew Ma'a Who is the new youth coordiantor for the y-Nui youth, Y-nui youth offers a pathway for inspiring youth development, creating opportunity for leadership, building resilience and confidence.
